Great food, great atmosphere, great employees. Definitely going back.

Second time I've eaten here. Giving the benefit of the doubt for the poor service and quality of food the first time...nope, still bad. The food was less than appealing or tasty. Hunger drove me to choke it down.

I have this restaurant 1 star because there is nothing lower. During this time of national upheaval, I wonder how you can justify basically stealing from your customers !we ordered a family pack last night and foe the most part it was totally inedible! The food was cold and the sliced brisket was so dried out there was no way to eat it! I know this may not matter to you after all you got your money but we had to pay for 2 meals since yours was so bad.

All I can say is wow. I’ve never had BBQ this good! Even my picky daughters loved the food!! The food was amazing, delivery guy was super nice, price was perfect! Definitely going back again!

If you really love BBQ & Ribs this is a place to go loved it

Their food is not good enough to have two servers walk right past us without asking if we’ve been helped or needed to be seated. I know we came in at 8:45 and they close at 10 but at the very least the staff could acknowledge us when they make eye contact and walk to a different table to laugh it up with the other customers. Can’t say much about the food this time around seeing as how we left after being ignored.

We have given Rib Crib two chances to stand out, unfortunately your establishment couldn't. First time we dined in, our food came out cold, so cold it was hard to eat. The waitress was friendly but it wasn't an environment to bring any complaints to her attention. This last meal we ordered quite a bit of food to go, $60 worth. What we ended up with was bits of dry meat, burnt ends, dry chicken, and dry ribs (they were supposed to be St. Louis style wet, not dry, also ice cold again. The large sides were of single serving, 5 of us were able to get a forkful of mashed potatoes. We won't be back, subpar food for high prices.

Great food but the waitress was not friendly, she did not make conversation and was overall a bad waitress. A+ for food F- on service.

The ribs were delicious but the corn on the cob was bland. Buyer needs to buy sweet corn.

Great BBQ food! Absolutely love the food here and their lemonades are some of the best. Very clean kept place. The service is always really good every time I go here. Never had a bad waiter/waitress they do a good job. I recommend this place if you are looking for a good sit down BBQ restaurant.

I was on a road trip and saw the name and had to stop, was not disappointed. The food was good and priced fairly, and the waitress was attentive and very polite. Would recommend this.

I took a group of 22 people there and the service was great with no mistakes. The food was pretty good and the place was clean. The GM was outstanding in accommodating us.

Food and service was fine but they had it so freezing cold in there that it was just miserable. It was cold outside and the vents never quit blowing cold air. Even asked if they could turn it off and nothing changed. Everyone was wearing their coats!

asked for 2 meals to go asked for sliced brisket or pulled brisket but they didn't have either wasted a 45 mins I won't go back!!

It was pretty good. It was during opening hours so I know usually it’s when cooks put their best. Macaroni and cheese is deliciously creamy. Pulled pork ok and ribs are too. Good service.

I'm not sure what to say here...you may take it as a grain of salt as "Longhorn Steakhouse" and "Tony Roma's" were "high class BBQ eating" when I grew up in Miami, FL...a location *obviously* known for their BBQ scene (/sarcasm). I've since had BBQ from San Angelo, TX...San Antonio, TX, to extremities as far out as around the American base at Ramstein, Germany....no, sir...the minute I had RibCrib's brisket...? It was heaven on Earth. My wife? Grew up in Maryland/Washington, DC. Nothing close. She ordered the ribs...amazed...this is, in our opinion, currently the absolute best BBQ we've had around the globe. We gobbled down every last bit of food that we ordered...and oh boy were we satisfied...I highly recommend RibCrib! Good, no...AMAZING food!

I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, I had the Motherlode dish. I enjoy a good BBQ dish, but what makes a very good BBQ dish is the sauce. They have a very good BBQ sauce, tasty, and delicious. I was going to give them a 5 star but the cook couldn't get a desert order correctly, he had to make it twice. For an ex chef, that's a waist. And never ever serve the ends of any sausage, the hardened twisted casing ends are like a small bone/gristle. The waitress was awesome! One of the best I have had the pleasure to be served by. GREAT BBQ!

Ordered my food for pick up and picked it up at the set pickup time the website/order gave me. Looks great and everything is accounted for. However, all of the food was room temperature (not hot); the food was tasty after being reheated though. Also, I asked for extra regular bbq (mild) with my order and only got one mild bqq and a hot bbq (which I didnt want).

Despite the limitations of Covid-19, Our visit to Rib Crib was fantastic and exceeded expectations. The spare ribs were melt-in-your-mouth tender with the perfect amount of smoke. There wasn't a thing on our plates that disappointed. The peach cobbler was a divine finishing touch. The service by all staff was great but the tableside service by Spencer was exemplary. Best meal of 2020 so far!

Well the last time I posted it was a 5 star review but after the service I got last night I give them no stars didnt get the food my family and I ordered and the food we got was the worst ever so we will never go or order from there again and the staff they have is the rudest I've seen in a while

Food Is Amazing As Always! I'm A Regular. This Service Today Was Unprofessional And Irritating. My Wife And I Didn't Get Any Help For 10 Minutes To Get Drinks And I Waited 30 Minutes Just For A Chips And Queso Appetizer. I've Seen Services Twice As Busy With Half The Staff At Other Restaurants.

The service was horrible talk about feeling uncomfortable asking for anything. Waitress was robot mode w no personality. I asked for a spoon to mix coffee (which was horrible) she said "we don't give silverware until food comes out" Rib Crib has horrible ribs. Dry discolored, pulled pork dry n discolored. Sausage looked and tasted like jail bologna. I work at a jail so I know. Waitress didn't go over specials, didnt offer desert or even asked if needed anything else. On way out not one person said thank you or come back. Worse birthday lunch ive ever had. Service is better at McDonald's. Actually would of preferred big mac instead. Would if tasted better.

Food was excellent. One caveat, avoid if there is a team there because it can be hectic

The 1st time we ate here, it was the best ribs and sides ever. Meat fell off the bones. Today we went and it was not good. The ribs were hard to separate and the meat was tough. Macaroni and cheese was so dry. We told manager and he said the smoker was not working right, was not circulating air properly. Said he was having someone coming to look at it. Did not compensate us at all. Very expensive for food not cooked right. Won't be back.

Appetizer: Fried Pickles 👍🏻Entree: 3-meat combo with baked beans and Mac and cheese (ribs, sliced brisket, and turkey) 👎🏻Overall, the BBQ was just okay. It was obvious that the meats had been reheated and were dry. The sauces were good and helped with the dryness of the meat. The baked beans were tasty!

Our office has used Rib Crib twice in the last 4 weeks for catering. I have personally worked with Josh at the Clovis location to place our order and each time, the order has been correct. We are all the way in Portales but despite this, the food is delivered about 15 minutes early and is always hot. We have also dined in the restaurant several times and the BBQ is consistently good. I don’t have any complaints about this location.

Food was lukewarm when it arrived. Took a long time to get to us, even though the place wasn't busy. The brisket clearly was not cooked that day. It looked to have been reheated. Portions were good but still overpriced. The flavors just weren't there in the food, but the sauces made them good.

There was an issue, but they addressed it and made it right. The server was a little too eager to give us our ticket. He didn't ask if we wanted desert, but once I told him I did he responded kindly. He was attentive, but not over bearing when came to boxes and drink refills. I don't think I've ever had bad service at Rib Crib.

They were out of brisket. What kind of a barbecue place is out of brisket at 11:55 am?

Unfortunately, this trip the ribs lacked flavor. Service was professional.

Really good food and a unique atmosphere

Excellent food. We split a two meat platter cause we weren't that hungry. I really wished I could have eaten more of the smoked brisket, cause it was yummilicious.

Rib Crib catered for our business of 25 people today. The food was fantastic, the portions were right on with food left over, they were right on time. Josh was awesome to work with and we will definitely do it again! Way to go!
